Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Any order related issues kindly contact us with in 70 days of order placement. Any other issues -order details cant be fetched from database .
There is no cancellations after placing order

There is no cancellations or refund, applies for international orders as well
We accept returns up to 24hours after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition.

We take utmost care in checking and packing every product before dispatch. If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video or clear photos as proof. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for replacement or refund, as the product is considered accepted in good condition.

Please note that used or worn items are not eligible for return or replacement under any circumstances. We follow this policy strictly to ensure hygiene, quality control, and fairness to all customers.

Clear parcel unboxing video  is necessary without any cut and pause. damage should be focused on each item in the video as well . this is compulsory and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. the customer will have to submit parcel unboxing video to our whats app number 7034015515 within 24 hours of delivery. by seeing  the conditions of the damaged products our team will decide to provide return or refund accordingly. Small manufacturing defects ,stones comes out on consignment these problems are not returnable . the customer should fix such small defects incase it happens.

There is return and replacement only for the earrings which is completely broken or not wearable.

Refunds typically takes 2-3 working days after investigation on product missing stones or mirror coming out should be manually fixed.

100% Cancellation charges appilicable,if customer cancels order by any issues.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support thesilvervibe@gmail.com with your order number and a photo and video of the item’s condition.

The customer have to send us back the item for replacement within next 24 hours(working hours)
